Upper Midwest Shi Han Dai

Shi Han Dai is a Black Belt association where the local Black Belts get together and train. There are currently 5 Shi Han Dai Association through out the United States. The Upper Midwest Shi Han Dai currently has 30 Black Belts from South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Montana and Wisconsin. The Black Belts come to Fargo, North Dakota every two months where they train in advance empty hand kata, weapons kata and techniques.
